Terms & Conditions

WORKING TIME:

Our working time is from 08:00 am to 05:30 pm (local time). After that, we are limited access system or e-mail. Any urgent consultants or reservations should be contacted to our hotline +84 912317553 (international dial) or 0912317553 (domestic dial) for 24/7 assistance.

Overtime working applied:

  • For airport transfer: After 20:00 to before 7:00am.
  • For car rental service: After 18:00 to before 6:00am.

PICK UP LOCATION

  • For airport transfer: Our driver or representative will wait for you at Arrival Terminal, after claim luggage with your confirmed name on welcome board.
  • For hotel pick up: Our driver will waiting at your hotel lobby or your meeting point with your name on the board. The driver sometimes asks receptionist call to your room if you are not ready at the lobby on appointed time.

***Notes: If you do not see the chauffeur waiting for you, please contact our hotline for assistance. If you not contact us and take other transfers by yourself, we will consider as no-show with full charge.

RESERVATION PROCESS:

You can book your transfer with us through booking form on our site or send us an e-mail with with full detail of pick up point, flight detail and time…. If your services’ happening within 24hours or shorter, please make your reservation through our hotline for priority.

As soon as getting your reservation from system or approval through e-mail/phone call, we will send you confirmation with a link for deposit/payment through PayPal. Your services will be blocked and guarantee when we receive your deposit/payment.

Your reservation will not ensure without deposit or confirmation from our team.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT:

We accept deposit/payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. In some cases, we agree fully paid on arrival date due to trouble of payment system or application for our return/loyalty clients that will be discussed by our team.

Full payment requires for any single airport transfers reservation, whereas, 30% - 50% of total requires deposit for guarantee the car rental booking. The balance will be settled when you are in Vietnam.

SURCHARGE APPLICATION:

  • We will monitor your flight but if your flight delays from its departure location more than 2 hours please call to notify us. So our team can arrange a new pick-up for you.
  • If your flight arrives on time but you show up late from the designated pick-up time for more than 1 hour, there will be extra charge of US$ 5/hour starting from the first late hour.
  • If your flight delays longer than 1 hour and you have called hotline: +84912317553 to notify us, we will arrange the pick-up for you with no extra charge. However, if you fail to notify us, there will be a late charge fee of US$15 
  • If your arrival time falls into the "Night time” ( from 21:00 to 07:00 am next day), you also agree to pay the additional fare to our staff of 5 US$.
  • Gratuities for driver is not included but are highly appreciated

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICIES:

  • No charge for cancellation/amendment made 24hours prior to the request time (local time).
  • Cancellation/amendment made 12hours in advance, 50% of total will be charged
  • Late cancellation/amendment within 12hours to be charged full amount

CLAIMS

Vietnam Airport Transfer is not hotelier, nor do we own aircraft. We can monitor the flight but cannot control, we can check find your hotel but can’t find you if your name given to us not appears as your name on passport. It is important to note, therefore, all bookings with Vietnam Airport Transfer are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability. We are always pleased to help and be your assistance. However, we do not accept liability for events beyond our control or for those not following our term and condition.
