CA-HN04: Full day Thay & Tay Phuong Pagoda (L)
Depart from your hotel at 8:00. Car and guide pick up at the hotel to Tay Phuong Pagoda – that was built in the 8th century and has been restored several times since. In 1632, the pagoda was rebuilt according to the Sino-Vietnamese character Tam (three) with 239 stone steps bearing the signs of the passage of time and sheltered by the shade of age-old trees.
Continue driving to Thay pagoda – one of famous attractions dedicated to Thich Ca Budha, Sakyamuni and 18 arhats. Built in the 11th century during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong, Thay Pagoda consists of three sections: the outer part for offerings and ceremonies, the middle part for worship of Buddha and the inner part for worship of the monk Tu Dao Hanh, the master after whom the pagoda is named.. Enjoy the lunch then continue to Van Phuc Silk Village. Drive back Hanoi, arrival the hotel around 17:30.
